Meet Ocean!
A super social and friendly pup who loves meeting new people and gets along great with other dogs. He is full of energy and excitement, especially on walks, and would benefit from some leash training. While he doesn't seem to know basic commands yet, he is very polite when taking treats and show great potential for learning. Ocean would do best in a foster home with someone patient and active who can help guide him with training and give them lots of love and positive experiences.
