Obsidian Pit Bull Terrier Madras, OR

Obsidian's personality is the only thing that outshines his beautiful eyes! He came to us as a reported bite hold but the circumstances are not what you'd think. He was attacked by another dog and the woman jumped in and got nipped. They didn't have current rabies shots so he was held here for 10 days and never claimed. Obsidian hasn't shown any aggression towards staff and quickly made friends of us all! He is friendly, curious and playful! He does really well with female dogs, all people and children. We are not too sure about cats, but with his breed's prey drive, we would err on the side of caution/not a good fit.
This dog is super smart and loves to play with his toys! He walks on a leash great and is very loving!
He would love to get out of here and into his forever home with someone who will love him and not judge him on his past. Come and hang out with Obsidian in the play yard and get to know him. You will fall into his spell with those beautiful blue eyes of his just like we have!
