" Aim at the high mark and you will hit" said my namesake, Annie Oakley. And I couldn't agree more! My name is Oakley and I am a 7 month old, 9 pound Rat Terrier, I've had a bit of a rough start, coming from a puppy mill, but I am aiming high! I'm in the midst of learning the ropes of house, leash, and crate training. Now, I may be shy, but I get along well with cats and dogs. What I'm really looking for is a partner who isn't working long hours and can spend some quality time helping me build my confidence. Sudden movements and noises startle me, so a patient person would be perfect. I'm a bit of a flight risk, so a fenced yard is a must until I get the hang of this leash business. I will need a family who is committed to patience, unconditional love, and willing to show me the ropes of puppyhood. I can't wait to find a loving home where I can flourish and be the best little sharpshooter around!
