Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.

Oakley was surrendered to the shelter because she just wasn't a fit for the home she was in. Oakley is best suited for a home where she can be an only pet. She is very friendly and affectionate with people but she doesn't like to share the attention with other animals. We were told Oakley is house trained and we know she walks well on a leash.
