Nova is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. She loves her humans and wants nothing more than being by your side being loved and the center of your attention. She is smart, energetic and gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home. She has a strong prey drive and will not be adopted in a home with cats, birds, hamsters or similar

She has a beautiful blue top coat with her undercoat being gold. She will need regular trips to the groomer. She was surrendered to the shelter with 2 babies who are almost ready for adoption. Recently nursing mom’s need to wait approximately 4 weeks after the puppies have stopped nursing before having spay surgery. Nova can be placed with an approved adopter for the next 4 weeks as a foster/adopter until she can be spayed and her adoption finalized. This will allow for her to bond with her new family while waiting for the time when spay surgery will be safer for her.

We do not have a facility, all dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers.
