Nova Pit Bull Terrier Mix North Haven, CT

Meet the beautiful Nova! This 5 yr old, 65 lb stunner is such a sweet soul. Nova is friendly with all people and loves attention, everyone is a friend! She is a social, outgoing girl with medium energy who loves going on walks during the day, hanging outside, and relaxing at night chewing a chew toy by your side on the couch. She is crate trained and likes relaxing in her crate when her foster family is not home. Nova gets along fine with other dogs her size, but would prefer to not share her home with smaller animals. She is not phased if you touch her food or her toys. Nova had a rough life and was in awful shape when she arrived in rescue. She has come such a long way and needs a family to continue her amazing progress. Her perfect home would be one with a fenced in yard, a semi active family who will take her for walks and adventures, no small children due to her excitement and “bull in a China shop ways”, and a family committed to giving her the best life through the good and bad. She is an excellent dog and will make the best addition for the right home!
