Nolani Australian Kelpie & Australian Shepherd Mix Pass Christian, MS

Nolani is one of a kind. She is extremely loyal to "her person" once she knows who that is. She's the perfect size, only 33 pounds, recently spayed, house trained, knows basic commands, heartworm negative, on prevention. She loves gentle affection, her special chew toys, and really loves to play with other dogs, even the big ones. During playtime in a fenced area, she comes when called, and stays close by on walks even off leash (in secure areas, always). She walks well on a leash, loves car rides and playing in the water. She is also just as happy to stay home and just nap.

Nolani needs a home that is calm, stable, tranquil, no yelling or surprises. She is very timid and scares easily. If you have lots of house guests or parties, she is not for you!!! She needs a special person who will be patient with her and give her time to trust.

Once we’ve discussed the pet, verified your vet history and deem a potential match, we’ll set up a meet and greet (which for Nolani should be in the foster's home.) If that goes well we may conduct a home visit. If all checks out, we’ll contact you to discuss further adoption arrangements such as transportation. Transport costs will apply in addition to the pet’s adoption fee, which varies depending on the animal.

We reserve the right to deny adoption. Our job as a rescue is to ensure that the animals we save are able to leave their past behind and live their best life. We cannot guarantee their breed - sometimes we must rely on a vet’s opinion or google lens which is just that, an opinion.
