Faith is a beautiful 2 year old doodle girl who has come to NJ, to find her Forever Family. Oodles pulled Faith from an AR kill shelter, back in March, the night before she was to be euthanized. She was very pregnant and no-one was stepping up for her or her pups. Oodles found a foster home in AR willing to help, found a wonderful vet who helped birth the pups and watched a scared, cast off become a great momma. Faith's 6 puppies have already come to NJ and were adopted and now it's Faith's turn. She is doing very nicely in her foster home but she is still a fearful dog. She is not aggressive at all and we believe she was either a puppy mill dog or had never been in a home. She is housetrained and can hold it forever, but she is afraid of many things, like loud noises or things over her head. A ceiling fan or loud noise will send her running to hide. She is getting better in her foster home, but needs a calm, patient adopter to help her shine. She loves attention once she knows you and will put her head on your lap for ear scratches. She is beautiful, inside and out.
Faith has been spayed and is utd on all shots. She is still a bit thin about 42 lbs, now. She is low to non-shed and very shy at first but warms up with patience and love. She is very sweet and we are looking for an adoptive home that is experienced with large and fearful rescued dogs, that understand she will be the perfect Forever girl with time (Please explain your experience with fearful dogs in your app). She is non-aggressive but will bolt if given the chance, before she knows you. We would like to see her in a CALM HOME and someone home a good part of the day, NO Children or older Kids (over 15 please), a FULLY FENCED YARD (NO E-Fence and at least 6' tall) and someone who has done some research into holistic/organic foods. We would also want to place her in a home with another large, calm dog.

Unless otherwise stated, WE DO NOT ADOPT, SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR DOGS AWAY FROM THE AREA THEY ARE IN ** That means within a 50 mile radius **  WE DO NOT ADOPT TO URBAN/APARTMENT ENVIRONMENTS. Breed stated is just a shelter/rescue/foster guess based on size, appearance and temperament. It is impossible for us to know for sure as most of our dogs are strays from high kill shelters.
