Nina Pit Bull Terrier Mix Bridgewater, NJ

Nina is a pretty young brindle girl waiting for a home.
During her stay with us, Nina has become super affectionate and loves anyone who shows the least bit of interest in her. Approach her kennel and she will stand on her hind legs to greet you!
At 1 .5 years old, Nina has lots of energy - she loves to run and play and while she can be dog selective, she has made some doggy playmates here at the shelter. A meet and greet would be required for any resident pups to ensure a happy match.
Nina walks well with a harness, but can pull when she's eager to get out and go places.
When Nina first arrived she barked at everything but she has calmed down and really doesn't bark at people walking or even the many ducks we pass by the baseball fields. She will bark at other dogs while out walking. In the shelter, she will sometimes barkor should we say, sing "the song of her people" - making funny whinnying sounds!
Nina is a good girl who will make a great pet. Given her energy level, she'd do best in a home with teens and up as her energy may be too much for little ones.
Nina was born Jan 1, 2023, she is spayed and UTD on vaccines.
