Meet Niko

Niko is a handsome tan and white Siberian Husky who came to us after his owner no longer had time for him. At two years old he is a young and active dog looking for a home with owners who like time out in nature and lots of affection and who have another dog in the home who needs a playmate. Niko is a huge fan of both humans and dogs.

Niko does great with other dogs - so much so that he needs a doggie sibling. He gets very nervous when left alone and is much better with another dog in the house. He is too interested in the cats he sees, so it is probably best that he not live with them. Niko is a lovely boy who has been a joy at the shelter. He needs his own family and a couch or comfy bed rather than the kennels, however, and he is more than ready to show his potential new family that he is a handsome, loving dog.
