Meet Nigel
Nigel is back!!
Sadly, our dear pal Nigel that was adopted back in January is back in rescue after his current owners are not able to give him the attention and environment to thrive. Hes a 10 month old boxer/pit possibly chihuahua mix. He and his siblings were rambunctious, playful, friendly, and affectionate when they were with us when we rescued them back in July of 2024. Nigel loves attention, food, and toys. He get along great with dogs, kids and would probably be fine with dog friendly cats. He is definitely all puppy and has a lot of energy. He love to run around and be silly and goofy. Nigel is playful and quirky like all of his siblings. He also loves kisses and cuddles!
This little family was living at the Bakersfield shelter for several weeks before they were able to come to us. Unfortunately, upon arrival we learned that they had Parvovirus, but were able to make a miraculous recovery in just a few short days! The rest of the littermates have been in their forever homes for a couple months now. Now its time for Nigel!
