Meet Netty
Netty was running loose for most of her life. People would see her and leave food out but could not catch her. She had puppies but still could not be caught - She was then sadly hit by car - shattered her pelvis and broke her front right radius and ulna. She has had multiple surgeries. She is in a foster house trying to get her to trust people again but she is very shy and reluctant for attention. She needs a special person to spend time with her. She would need to be confined to a securely fenced yard because she will still run away. Please help Netty - she is only about 2 years old.
