Nestle and siblings were found with their mama born outside in Texas and rescued at 3 days old. They have lived their life in a wonderful loving foster home, came to Maryland this week and are now ready to find their forever homes. Mama is 42 pounds, this litter is expected to be between 40 to 55 pounds. Wonderful sweet dogs. Nestle is an adorable little spitfire. Ready to play and then ready to cuddle.

APPLY AT ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG (click on the word "Adopt" at top of page to find the dropdown menu with application)

The adoption fee for puppies less than 6 months old is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative and spay/neuter. Puppies under 4 months of age may go to adoptive homes before they are spayed/neutered. Adopters who choose to adopt a puppy that has not yet been spayed/neutered are subject to an additional deposit of $100 (refundable upon proof of spay/neuter.) Included in the adoption fee, the rescue will arrange spay/neuter by a partner vet at a predetermined appointment when the puppy is between 4-6 months of age. It is the responsibility of the adopter to bring the adopted puppy back to the rescue vet for spaying/neutering or to send verification from their own vet that the puppy had been spayed/neutered.  All of our dogs will be microchipped.

Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration. Find our application on our website, almosthomedogs.org, then click on "Adopt" tab at top

We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging. Currently check, cash or venmo is preferred payment.
