Nellie's a petite little thing, just about 38lbs and sweet as she can be. Her breed makeup is a bit of this, a bit of that, and some of the other. Some say there's some lab, some say there's some beagle, chances are there's some pit in there too, but it's not readily apparent other than maybe her coat length and color.

So who is Nellie? She's a youngster just shy of a year old, she's bubbly happy at home and endearingly shy out in public. She gets along great with the dogs and cats in her foster home, she's housebroken, crates quietly, is non-destructive and does a pretty good job of sticking to her own toys for chewing. She's not all that sure about new places, and will pancake on her leash because you just know the sky is going to fall, but as soon as she sees new people she's all about dashing off to make new friends! Chances are good this former stray hasnt seen much of the world, but she's a willing student and a kind soul with some patience will have her socializing all over the city in no time.
