Meet NEKO!

He is a neutered 55-pound, 1.5 year old gorgeous pup who is hoping that the third time is the charm for his forever home.
He entered the Weber County Animal Services shelter as a stray in October 2017. It took him 6 months to get adopted. He then caught the eye of an adopter, but was returned only 2 months later when the owner indicated that NEKO became destructive when left alone for many hours a day.
NEKO knows basic commands, is house-trained and LOVES to play fetch. He will play for as long as you’ll throw the ball for him! He even entertains himself as can be seen in his video.
NEKO knows his name, sit, and down and is treat-motivated to learn more. He walks well on leash.
We don't think that he has had much interaction with dogs in the past, but should be fine with a very slow introduction.
NEKO is in excellent health, current on vaccines, and neutered. He is looking for a cat-free home.
Please visit NEKO in Ogden, Utah or at least share his story.
