10-week-old, 9-pounds (and growing!) Retriever mix

Nativity is a conversationalist and loves to tell you what is going on with her. She takes on the leader role of her litter and while she is not into playing with other dogs, does not mind their company. She would benefit from continued dog socialization and training classes.

Nativity has done well with older, dog-savvy children and if there are any kids in her forever home, we recommend that they are older. Potty training is a work in progress and while she is crate trained, she does whine for a little while when she first goes in.

Nativity enjoys exploring and as she grows will love going on daily walks or hikes with her humans!

Nativity is looking for a single-family home (no shared walls) filled with love. Large breed dog experience would be a plus!


Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
