Meet Natchez
UPDATE 1/16/2022: Natchez is the perfect gentleman!
He is great with the little dog and the cat in his foster home. He loves belly rubs, rarely barks and has no issues with food whatsoever. LOVES to snuggle!
Meet Natchez. He is 2 1/2 and has been at a southern shelter for 8 months. He was HW negative on arrival, but retested positive a few months later. The shelter treated him and he’s ready to go! He is an amazing dog. He is used for testing other dogs often. He loves all people, too. Black dogs are SO hard to place in the south. Maybe Lab/some kind of Cattle dog, possible some Dane? He weighs about 60 lbs. He’s getting thin in the shelter. He really needs an out, so he will be on his way to Maine soon!
