Meet Nash
This sweet & shy boy is Nash!
Nash is an approximately 6-year old male Labrador mix who weighs around 45 lbs. He was adopted from us 5 years ago and returned this year due to the family wanting a more social dog.
He is understandably confused and saddened. He is struggling to adjust to life away from his original home.
Nash needs a very special home that will be patient with him and allow him to decompress and become comfortable with a new environment on his own schedule. In his previous home, he was a shy, but happy, boy and loves to hang out with his people. He is currently in a boarding situation, so he hasn’t had the opportunity to even try and adjust to a new home.
Since we know it could take some time for him to be back to his old self, unless we are surprised given the right situation, our goal is to find Nash a foster home or a foster-to-adopt home. He is fine with other dogs.
Nash is crate, house, and leash trained. But, due to being in boarding the last few weeks, he may need a refresher course in house-training.
He is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.
Since Nash is in a boarding situation, he qualifies as a foster-to-adopt or just a foster.
