THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING TO ADOPT A BADASS PET! The decision to adopt is an important one that we take seriously. Please take time to read and carefully complete this application. Please include full explanations with as much information as possible. In order to adopt a pet, you must be at least 23 years old, be able to provide references and one form of government issued identification, consent to a home visit, pay the adoption fee and agree to all terms of the adoption application and contract. Badass Animal Rescue reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
