We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.

Required: physically fenced in yard and willingness to continue training. Must live in the Rochester NY area this is not negotiable.

Meet Nala, born 01/04/21 she is a purebred lab but did come from a puppy mill.
She is in full puppy mode. She is looking for the perfect home for her. What is that you ask?
She knows sit, stay, wait, bed. She is potty trained (you have to understand her signs). She will need obedience school. She has had little to no correction on puppy biting (this is why no young kids with her). We have been working with her and she has come a long way since she has come into our rescue. She will need someone that understands this correction. This a must if you are going to adopt this beautiful girl. We are looking for fenced yard for her as she needs tons of exercise. She is enjoying her fosters country home with lots of room.
She is a funny, loving dog. She will make a great addition to any family as long they are willing to work with her. Please consider our Nala.
She will be going to her adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until her spay is complete (in May). You would be required to get her into our vet clinic for 7:30 am date TBD, in Rochester and then pick up (3 to 4 pm) from rescue to finalize adoption at that time. For this reason we will not adopt to anyone outside our immediate adoption area. All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
