While she hasn’t had formal obedience training, she’s eager to learn more with the right caregiver. Myrtle is a medium-energy gal who loves an active game session but is equally happy curling up for snuggles at the end of the day. She thrives on human connection and would love to be the center of attention in a pet-free home, where her lovable quirks can truly shine. She’s friendly with strangers, quick to greet them with a wagging tail, and will bring so much joy to her future family!<br/><br/>Now, here’s something important to know about Myrtle: she’s selective with other dogs and has been involved in a few scuffles but Myrtle has never shown aggression toward humans. Because of this history, Myrtle would do best as the only pet in her home, where she can soak up all the love and attention without the stress of sharing her space. With proper guidance, structure, and a calm environment, she’ll flourish as a loyal, loving companion.<br/><br/>Myrtle is spayed, house-trained, and has managed inactive Lyme disease without issue. After giving birth to her last litter of puppies, she experienced some post-birth complications, but this hasn’t affected her day-to-day vibrancy.
