Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.


Mya was surrendered because her owners lost their home. She has previously lives with others dogs and cats. She is very friendly and good with people. She is house trained. Mya prefers to be with people or other animals so a home where she is an only pet or will be left by herself a lot would not be her first choice. She likes to go for walks and we are told she rides well in the car so may be a good match for someone that likes to travel and would like to take her along. Mya is a new arrival so we are still learning some but so far she seems like a very sweet girl.
