Meet Mushy Bear

Mushy Bear has found her forever home in Chlemsford with Christine and her family!

Adoption Coordinator: Carol
Adoption Fee: $475

Mushy Bear is a cute Lab mix weighing 21 lbs at 3 months in age. She will probably be med/large when fully grown. Mushy Bear was found with her siblings Huckleberry and Vanilla (also on our site) in rural AR. These pups have medium energy and like to play, but are not loud, jumpy or boisterous. They are well socialized with people and other dogs and have very sweet personalities and a desire to please. They are close to being house trained, but like all young puppies will need a home with someone who has the time, space and patience to continue their training.

PLEASE NOTE: Mushy Bear is currently being fostered in AR and is not here to meet. It is very likely that she will receive a deposit for her adoption before arriving in MA. Please read more about our rescue and process at www.foreverhomerescue.org.

Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up. If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on our rescue's name in this posting (Forever Home Rescue New England--in purple) which will bring you to a new page with the deposit link at the bottom. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
