Murphy (aka Waffles) Pit Bull Terrier Mix Dillsburg, PA

Murphy was found as a stray and no owner could be located. The family that found him brought him in out of the cold and helped him put on some weight. He did fine with the female beagle in the house and the female husky dogs that lived next door, but did not do well with the cat or the very small toy breed dog in the house. We believe him to be approximately 3 years old.

Murphy is very well behaved, house trained and crate trained. Ultimately the family could not keep him due to the small dog and cat in the house so he had to come to the rescue. He is a good boy that just wants the chance to show everyone what a great companion he can be!

Murphy is incredibly well behaved in the home. He loves snuggles and will wait to go outside. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. Murphy will go in his crate when told or just to relax and enjoy a peanut butter filled Kong. Murphy wants nothing more than love and snuggles!

Murphy requires a home without young kids or small animals. His dream home would be situated in a country setting.
