Murphy is extremely affectionate and loves snuggling and giving constant kisses. His foster thinks he is one of the sweetest and most gentle dogs who loves to meet every new person he can. He matches the energy of whomever is in the room; if you want to play, then so does he and if you want to relax, then so does he.

Murphy loves belly rubs, car rides and a lap to sit onhe just doesnt like having his jowls touched or messed with. He loves peanut butter buddy treats and any toy made of fabric and stuffing, not necessarily squeaky toys. If you love playing tug-of-war or fetch then hes your pal!

Murphy does not exhibit food aggression, he takes treats gently and can be hand fed. He goes in the crate easily, will get restless but will calm down after a bit. His foster tells us he has not exhibited separation anxiety.

This sweet boy is good with adults, cats and children. Murphy gets along with small and large dogs but we think he will do best in a home with a female dog over males.

This playful boy does not pull on the leash and will impress you with his sit and stay. If youre looking for a sweet and affectionate Rottweiler mix, Murphy is your guy!
