Muneco Miniature Pinscher Mix Schaumburg, IL

Muñeco means doll or sweetie in Spanish and this boy clearly was someone’s sweetheart before his owner got sick and had to surrender him (along with his buddy Rocco). This 10-year-old Min Pin mix is the epitome of a lap dog — he loves being held and will soak up all the cuddles you have to offer. And at only 8 pounds, he’s easy to take with you everywhere you go.

Friendly Muñeco has yet to meet someone he doesn’t like; he’s been welcoming to adults, children, and other dogs. He spends the vast majority (about 90%) of his time sleeping, just happy to be cozy and warm. Because he is pretty wobbly, he can’t be on furniture or beds unattended or he might fall. In between naps, he’s got some spunk and is always full of love.

Muñeco has been sporting a belly band because his house training is not yet complete. But with a person who is frequently home to let him out, he should be able to get into a regular routine. He will bark if left alone in a crate.
