Meet Mr Cookie
Meet Mr. Cookie! He is the sweetest boy with a big heart and is ready to find a forever home. Cookie is believed to be around seven years old and is close to 80 lbs. While we cannot confirm his breed without a DNA test, he is likely a pit mix.
He has the cutest wonky eyes, and little stick-up ears. Cookie loves balls, especially the type that squeak, and will carry them proudly, wagging his whole body, before finding a comfortable spot for a nap. Cookie is currently with one of our rescue partners but here is what they noted:
Cookie loves to play with other dogs and joins in very enthusiastically. He's just an easy going, straightforward, lovable superchunk, and what's more, we now have first-class home notes about him following a weekend vacation with a volunteer. None of us were surprised to hear that Cookie was The perfect house guest. He takes himself to his crate when he needs a good solid sleep, doesn't attempt to climb on the furniture, walks through the neighborhood quietly and respectfully, and was absolutely fine being left in the home by himself for three hours.
Whilst at the shelter, Cookie lives in our laundry room and is well placed to greet volunteers and visitors and can be trusted to keep the room clean and intact.
Mr. Cookie is vaccinated, dewormed, chipped, spayed/neutered, and hw neg.
** All dogs are located in TX and will only be transported once adopted. Transportation is included in the adoption fee.
