Moosey Pit Bull Terrier Mix Cypress, TX

Hello-My name is Moosey. I am 47lbs and 6mths old. I am almost living my best life, just missing a family to call my own!! Not long ago though, the outside was a scary place. I was dumped at a Houston North side park. Lucky for us Melrose Park Neglected Dogs stepped in and saved us and with the help of a couple of fosters, Big Love Rescue took me in. I am so thankful for both. Now, I find myself loving playing with my foster fur siblings and following my foster mom everywhere.

I am a sweet but shy girl until I get to know you. I love the water and playing in the sprinkler is my favorite. I would love a family that goes on adventures and takes me with them, that would be awesome, but I am happy with a backyard too. I am working on potty training, almost there and at my fosters figured out the doggy door within a day. I am kenneled when I can’t be with my family and I do very well. I am still learning boundaries but would be fine with small kids.

I get along with all dogs but need one to show me the ropes, but I would also be happy being your one and only. Squeaky toys and old house shoes are my favorite to play with. I am a good eater and am totally food motivated.

After a walk or playing, I am totally down for a cuddle on the couch for a nap. I am your constant shadow and love to be with my humans.
