This handsome boy is Moose!

Moose is an approximately 6-year-old male Mastiff/Pit Bull mix who weighs in at 100 lbs. of lovable mutt! Moose was adopted as a puppy and recently returned to the rescue when his adopters moved to a rental that did not allow Moose to come with them.

Moose has taken a while to come around, but we really can't blame him, considering he lost his family of 6 years, the only family he knew. He is becoming more outgoing now and interacting with the employees at the boarding facility.

He likes to get out with the other dogs, but he can be selective in his playmates, so he must meet all dogs in a prospective home before adoption. He could also be an only dog if given plenty of attention and included in activities. Moose needs a securely fence back yard to get out in and explore.

Moose was excellent with the children in his former home.

Moose is an awesome dog with a lot of life left to live! Just because it didn't work out the first time, Moose is sure his real "forever" family is out there, and he wants to meet them! If you are looking for a laid-back boy with lots of love to give, Moose is your man!

Moose is crate, leash, and house-trained.

He is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225.
