Moon is the kind of dog who makes you slow down and appreciate the little things—a quiet walk, a warm breeze, or simply sitting together in peaceful silence. At 11 this Lab mix has earned his gray muzzle and wears it with grace. He may be older, but his heart is full of puppy love.

Moon came into our care by Animal Control after owner issues, and now is searching for a new family to enjoy the rest of his life journey. Moon doesn’t need much—just your company and a little sunshine to live out his glory days. He is up to date on all vaccinations, prevention, microchipped, and will be neutered for free upon adoption. Moon's $300 adoption fee includes neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!
