Molly Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Sylva, NC

Molly is just over a year old. She is a sweet and sociable Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing in at about 30 pounds. With her friendly personality and loving nature, she’s quick to charm everyone she meets—both people and fellow pets alike! She likes men and women and has been in a home with older children.

This lovely girl is spayed, microchipped, and housetrained, making her a great companion for an active home. Molly is comfortable both indoors and outside, and she enjoys spending time in the fresh air just as much as snuggling up inside. She loves loves loves playing with other dogs, so she'd do great with a playful dog her own age. We cannot confirm that she's good with cats, though former her family thought she was.

Molly is smart and, like many herding breeds, would do well with a job. She would thrive with obedience training. She is has a heeler undercoat, so her family needs to brush her regularly, especially in early summer when these dogs blow their coats.
