Molly Golden Retriever Pacific, MO

Hi, I'm Molly! You know what I would love most? To know what it's like to have a home of my own. You see I am a 4 y/o 80lbs retired purebred golden retriever and my life so far has been breeding and now living in this incredible rescue Dirk's Fund. As much as I enjoy the volunteers here, I would prefer to have my own furever family.

A few things to know about me:
• I will take some time to settle into a new home, but just wait until I open up and you see my true colors.
• I can be particular about my other K9 friends, but I also don't mind being the only pet in the household.
• I don't like sharing my food, so if you currently have another dog, you will need to feed me in another room.
• I enjoy food, so if my humans are eating and there is another dog in the house, you will want to put me in another room.
• My activity level is more on the relaxed side, so a home with few steps would be best for me
• I've never been around little kids, so teens and adults would be more my league

If you can handle doggy snuggles, kisses, tail wags, and endless love, I'm your girl!

Applicants must have a secure fence a minimum of 4 feet high and connected to a door of the home. No invisible fences, no outside pens. Applicants will be screened, including a home visit.

Adoption hours are Saturdays and Sundays 10-2. Pacific, MO.
