Mollie Basset Hound & Beagle Mix Knoxville, TN

Mollie is a senior basset lady with a big spunky personality. She was in such poor condition when she arrived that we weren't sure if she would pull through but Mollie set the record straight for us right away. After completing heartworm treatment, addressing dental issues, and clearing up ear infections, Mollie feels like a spry young lady again! She enjoys an active social life interacting with people and other dogs. Mollie is a friendly, affectionate social butterfly with a tail wag for everyone she meets. She's a happy-go-lucky, laid back kind of girl. Mollie is crate trained but has excellent house manners and does not necessarily have to be crated. She walks well on a leash and is equally happy to snuffle around in a fenced yard. Mollie is an incredibly good girl, she enjoys going for car rides and even likes to visit the vet! Mollie has a clean bill of health and will need standard maintenance care, especially ear cleaning, to stay in top shape. Mollie has a new lease on life and like any senior basset hound she should avoid jumping and will require a step or ramp. Mollie's determination and sincere zest for life earned her the nickname "the Unsinkable Mollie Brown".
She is truly a very special girl.
