Mo Rottweiler & German Shepherd Dog Mix Atlanta, GA

Mo came from animal control so we have no history on him, but he is probably 9 years old or older. They listed him as a Rottweiler mix based but we really don't know what breed he is. They asked us to take him because he was completely shut down in his run and wouldn't lift his head or even look at anyone. We didn't want him to die there so we went and picked him up. We are so glad we did.

He is a very friendly, calm dog. He is very shy at first, but once he's comfortable in a new home his personality really starts to shine. He loves all people and seems to get along with all dogs. We don't know about cats.

Mo enjoys hanging out with his family and will lie quietly chewing a bone or a toy. He loves the company of other dogs, both male and female. He plays a little, but isn't energetic enough to play much. He struggles a little with stairs, so he'd do best in a home without stairs or with very few.

Mo is currently going through heartworm treatment and will be finished in mid-February. He will be ready for adoption at that time.

Mo is housebroken and very well crate trained. He has been fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.
