He is a bit nervous and shy when meeting new people but warms up fast and wants to be a lap dog. He has done great with all the dogs he has met so far. He is working on his house training and doing better.<br/><br/>Sadly, he is heart worm positive which could easily have been prevented by being given one little heart worm pill every month. He will be treated in the next couple of weeks but can be adopted during his treatment.<br/><br/>Scruffy&#39;s adoption fee is $350.
