Hi! My name is Missy...I was named after the trap that finally caught me. I was running loose at a ball park for a couple years before this awesome group of lady decided I deserved better...they sure were right! Why did I wait so long? I am estimated to be about 3 years old, weigh about 15 pounds and have a beautiful coat. They think I’m a long haired dachshund mix. I am pretty shy and kind of keep to myself but I like to stay close when I can see my people. I’m starting to trust more and more everyday but hey I was on my own for awhile..a girl needs to be careful. I am crate trained and housebroken. I do well with little dogs but I’m a little nervous with big dogs but once I realize they won’t hurt me I do well with them. I’m a creature of habit and have a favorite spot in the house I like to hang out....bottom of my Foster’s bed! My fosters love me, but know I would do great in a nice, calm home. I really love my foster brother Thumper! I am up to date on shots and spayed but I do have heart worms. I’ve already started treatment. I’d love to meet you but please understand I can be pretty shy. I’m really a good girl!
