Missy American Bulldog & English Bulldog Mix Vail, AZ

Missy is a beautiful 63 lb, 1 1/2 year old American Bulldog mix who was given up as the owner was having health issues. Missy is housebroken and crate trained and we were told that her previous owner allowed her have the run of the house. Missy is very sweet, cuddly, and will entertain herself with her toys. She is great with everyone she meets but is best placed in a home with kids over the age of 10 years old as she is energetic, jumpy, and very strong. She is not good with other animals and would not be a good dog for city living. She rides well in a car and knows some basic commands. She will pull hard when walked but is being trained to walk nicely on a leash. When she came to us you could tell her eyes were so irritated and had lots of tear stains so we took her to the eye specialist and found out she had distichia (abnormal eyelashes scratching her cornea).
