Meet Minnie-ADOPTED

Hello! I'm Minnie! I'm a 4 year old, spayed, Border Collie/Golden Retriever mix who was surrendered to the shelter. I had become aggressive with men and children in my former home. So far, I have been pretty good at the shelter. There are some men I don't like, but others I am fine with. Bottom line: I'm a loyal dog who is going to choose the person who is right for me. I do need a home without small children. I've always been outside, but I'm looking to change that! I didn't get a whole lot of attention in my last home so the only command I know is "down." I am good with other dogs and okay with cats who have been around energetic dogs. I would make a great exercise partner. If you're lucky enough to have me choose you, I will be loyal to you forever. Next time, it MUST BE FOREVER! I can't move from home to home when it takes time for me to warm up to you. You understand, right?
