Hi everybody! My name is Mimi.

Don’t let my pictures fool you — I may look bigger in photos, but I’m actually a short queen! I’m a 9-month-old mixed breed pup, and I’m on the lookout for my forever home.

I thought I had found it once, but unfortunately, my family had to move to a place that doesn’t allow dogs. So now I’m back with the amazing folks at Homeward Bound and living with a foster family who’s taking great care of me.

I don’t mean to brag, but I’m kind of the total package. I love everyone (dogs and people). My foster brother is twice my size, and I love playing with him. I even try to win over my grumpy foster sibling.

I enjoy walks and exploring the world, but I do need the occasional reminder that not everyone I meet needs a personal meet and greet. I’m potty trained, crate trained, ride well in the car, and I’m great with other dogs and kids (but I’d love to meet everyone first, just to make sure we’re a good fit and understands that I still learning to be the best pup I can be).

We are presently not holding our regular Saturday adoption clinics due to the Covid-19 virus. We are operating on a limited basis until further notice, but we are still adopting dogs out. We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $395. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
