If you are looking for a chill ole' dude, I am your guy. My name is Milton and I was a stray, but I knew I deserved better so I followed a family home from the store and after looking for my owners with no luck, they called Chain of Hope. Chain of Hope came and picked me up and since they were full at that time, I went to KCPP. Chain of Hope was so impressed at how well behaved I was, that after a month at KCPP, a spot opened up at COH and they brought me over. Let me tell you, I am so happy they did! I spend my days hanging with the ladies, sunnin' belly up outside, and flashing my handsome smile.

I am about 7 years old and heartworm positive, but I go through treatment the week of 5/22, so I will be all good to go very soon. Everyone who meets me says I am truly an old soul. I don't bark, jump, or cause any issues. I just am looking for a family to let me hang with them and a yard with some sun.

I have completed my heartworm treatment and doing great. I am in a foster home with a large female pit mix and a small jack russell terrier mix and love it.
