Imagine losing the only home and family you’ve ever known. That’s exactly what happened to Milo, a sweet boy whose world turned upside down when his mom became too sick to care for him. He didn’t understand why he was suddenly in a new place, surrounded by unfamiliar faces. He was scared, confused, and heartbroken. ?

But even in his sadness, Milo has found comfort in new friendships. He’s bonded with Cormac and some of our staff, showing us that he does best with a dog buddy by his side. Having another dog around helps him feel safe and gives him the confidence to come out of his shell.
Milo is 3 years 3 months old, weighs 35 pounds - he is working on his figure and is a chihuahua mix.
