Meet Milo

Milo is an 11 month old JRT mix who was surrendered to us after being rescued from an abusive situation. Milo has typical JRT traits and will need a family who understands the breed. He is a very high energy boy, and needs activities to keep him busy and to exert his excess energy. Activities such as agility would be highly beneficial to him. Obedience training is a must, as he needs structure and mental stimulation to keep him occupied and happy.

He tends to be timid when meeting new people, and needs some time and patience for them to warm up to him. An initial meet and greet will not show his true personality. He is an extremely affectionate and happy little boy, but again, it will take time for the right person to get to know him, bond with him and build his trust and confidence.

We recommend that he goes to an adult only home, or with children 12 years old and up.
