Well hello to all you wonderful people who are reading about me right now.
Just call me Mellow Milo and stop with the believing all that awful evil pit bull propaganda. We are a people-loving breed and I am no exception. Just call me sweetheart with all earthlings from newborns to senior citizens. The worst I will do is lick you to death, and that is not a bad fate - right? I am a licker because I love people so much. I do not get anxious when left with dog sitters I do not know and do not experience anxiety when left alone. You can leave me up to eight hours with no worries of accidents in the house or destruction. After that my bladder does some major talking to me.

Cats are an unknown entity to me as I haven’t lived around them. About other dogs - I am definitely interested in them, but as I am always on a leash the most I can do is sniff and say hello. The wonderful lady who rescued me from being taken to a shelter has two dogs which I am not allowed to interact with. This is because I snapped at one of them when we were introduced because I am a bit timid and defensive in my home. I never snarl, bark or go after dogs on walks. It is just at home that I feel the need to protect my turf, thus it is probably better for me to live in a house as the only dog.

I am a mellow guy and love to sit around on Sunday afternoons with a beer and watch football. It’s my secret pleasure. It is best done when snuggled next to my humans. Who doesn’t love a snuggle with this handsome mug! Other pleasures for me are lots of walks, car rides, which I adore, and WATER. I do so love taking trips to rivers, oceans or lakes - as long as it is wet, then I am happy. Don’t forget the dog toys though.

So you see, I may be a pit bull, but I am a sweetie. You couldn't find a gentler pooch. If you give me a chance, you won’t be sorry. I AM SWEET.

ADOPTION FEE is $150, and there’s a 10% Discount for Senior Citizens and Veterans.
