Meet MILLION DOLLAR MILO
Everyone who meets Million Dollar Milo falls in love with this Blue Pitbull boy. It's hard not to love this boy because you can count on his tail to never stop wagging and to have this boy get close to you for some lovin' and snuggles. Million Dollar Milo returns the love to everyone he meets with sweetness, sincerity and a promise that it will always be there. This Blue Pitbull has NEVER met a stranger. When Milo was neutered we showed up to routinely pick him up from the surgery. Well...what we saw was the staff all sitting on the floor petting him and just enjoying the wonderment of the attention and love that he was soaking up like a sponge. The vet's office stopped their usual daily process and had to just admire and love this boy because they recognize SPECIAL DOGS...and Milo is one of those. We are amazed at how dogs like Milo can still be so trusting and affectionate towards people when the human race has failed their breed over and over. Milo was failed but yet when he was left behind in a fenced backyard with no food or water by his very first owners he never took offense or held a grudge. After a whole week of him being there alone in the backyard before the neighbor realized Milo was still there, he just existed and survived. We were told the owners were not very nice to poor Milo and once the cute puppiness wore off, they purchased another puppy and kicked Milo outside. Milo has been around other dogs but would do best with a playful female companion. He loves children but they should be older because he still needs training and a reality of his size and strength. Milo is 55 lbs, 1 year old and we were told he is a Pitbull/Lab cross. He came to his foster mom not knowing how to walk on a leash or even sit! She taught him both and now he knows both commands. He is learning what life is all about and needs a patient owner to show him the ropes and is willing to continue with his training. We do require a 6 ft high fully fenced backyard for him to romp in. The perfect adopter for Milo is one that will just want a constant shadow and willing to give him all the love he craves and deserves.
Milo is heartworm positive and currently receiving the slow kill protocol which will come with him. If interested and can qualify with the fenced yard and have the strong leadership skills for a smart and strong boy, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
