She’s potty trained, crate trained, and knows how to sit for treats or when it’s mealtime. Millie has done well on the leash during her walks, even though she hasn’t had a lot of leash time yet. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the company of children.

Millie has a gentle, people-pleasing nature and has never shown any aggression toward anyone. She would make a wonderful addition to a loving family.

Millie is heartworm positive, which is common among strays in the South. The good news is that she is completing treatment and is on her way to being heartworm negative soon. If you have any questions about her health, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

Millie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400, and that includes transport to our Cedar Rapids, IA, location.

If you’re interested in giving Millie her forever home, please complete our adoption application linked below.
