Meet Mila
Hi there! I'm Mila, a super sweet and smart girl, who is approximately 7 years old.
I can be a little shy at first, but I'm very treat motivated, so getting to know each other will be a snap. Though I can be tentative when meeting new dogs, when I was at Jackson County Animal Shelter, I went out to several play groups and enjoyed my canine friends.
I have a few commands under my collar like sit, lie down, and shake. I also do very well on leash and would love to join you on walks and hikes. I really enjoy giving kisses and spending time with people.
I should be included in my family's day to day activities or I may get bored and try to go for a walk on my own to entertain myself. Crating is going to be the best option for me when I can't be with you. The people at Sanctuary One have started to work on crate training with me and I'm doing very well so far. We can continue to work on crate training for when you have to leave me behind. So, what do you say we get out of here and take on this world together?
