Mickey - Small town boy Flat-Coated Retriever & Border Terrier Mix Green Ridge, MO

Mickey is a sweet and affectionate rescue pet who would make a great addition to any family. He is easy-going and smart, making him a joy to be around. Mickey is about 50lbs and approximately 1 year old, with the coat of a Flat coat retriever mixed with a bit of Border terrier, and maybe Lab. Or how about a Missouri Goumet boy!

Mickey is housebroken and has already learned some basic commands such as leading, sit, and off. He is a quick learner and wants to please his owner. He is also very social and enjoys being around other medium size dogs and outside cats. However, he is not fond of inside kitties and prefers to be the center of attention.

While Mickey can be bashful in new settings, he quickly settles in and bonds with his new family. He has average energy levels and is quite chilled inside the house. He enjoys cuddling up with his owner and sitting by their side. Mickey has a good recall and feels most comfortable in a rural/country setting.

Mickey would be a great fit for a family with older kids who are looking for a loyal and loving couch buddy. If you are looking for a sweet medium-sized boy with a lot of love to give, Mickey might just be the perfect pet for you!
