Meet Mia
Here's what one of our adopters says about our ability to match dogs:
- ""I am not sure what very real MAGIC you have from across the continent, but I really love it. You have done it again! Another love match!- Thank you for four out of five Pyrenees coming from GPRS and each of them have been perfect for us.… And for each other! One month together and “Lady“is healing and happy. Thank you for all of your very hard work. Keep honing your intuition … it is spot on!"" ....Julie P
Introducing Mia (aka “Mamma Mia”). Ms. Mia came into rescue pregnant and subsequently gave birth to eleven puppies (also available for adoption through GPRS). After all her hard work growing gorgeous little ones, this 2-year-old is ready to retire to her forever home. She is a medium-sized Pyrenees with smokey gray ears, pale apricot spotting on her back (so unique), and a tail that’s as long as the Frío River!
Mia is an all-around happy girl! Her single request for her new family is that they have budgeted out separately for treats and chews as she is a cheese connoisseur, with a particular love for a Himalayan cheese. She still carries some adorable puppy quirks, like collecting items from around the house to place into a single spot just because! Mia is a playful girl, so she will require a resident pup to pass the time with! Her house manners are fabulous. She doesn’t require crating, sleeps soundly on the floor at night and naps like a champ during the day!
Her favorite activity presently is going for a walk, though she likes to go when it's quiet because she is overcoming a fear of cars, especially ones that drive by fast. Speaking of cars, Mia doesn’t love getting in, but is completely fine once the ride gets going. Overall, her foster family reports Mia is an easy house guest and is even easier to fall in love with. If this lovely mama sounds like the pyr-fect addition to your family, please consider completing an adoption application!
