Meet Messi in CT - Laid-back & Mellow Pup!

Messi, is one of eight Great Pyr puppies who came to rescue as owner surrenders from the farm they were born on. This boy, true to his ancestry is independent but also loves to be rubbed and loved on. His foster mom describes him as a laid-back and mellow boy who enjoys naptime as much as play! After all, he is a growing puppy without a care in the world! He loves his foster brother who he thinks is his pillow :) Messi loves to be outside where he enjoys finding a good spot to lie down and close his eyes. He is a goofy little boy who sounds like a horse when he walks thru the house and often has messy hair! He is learning that the counter is not for him and is learning to go to the door for potty break - he sleeps in his x-pen with his sister all night. Messi will need a home with another big dog to help him navigate the human world and an experienced family willing to provide consistent, positive training as he grows into a mature boy. Are you ready to start your new year off and welcome this confident boy without a care in the world into your family?

Puppies are ready to join their fur-ever homes at 11 weeks old and will not be adopted in pairs. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
