Meet Merle MD
Hi guys my name is Merle MD and I am not a medical dogtor and I don’t play one on TV either. The MD after my name just tells the Rescue Ladies which Foster Mommy I am with.
I like to let Foster Mom buy me all the good toys and then I am like naw thank you. *goes to play with sticks in the yard* Don’t worry the store-bought toys aren’t just accumuttlating dust in a toy chest. My sissy steals my toys and I steal her sticks. Even steven. No stick or toy feels left out.
When you are picking straws it is appawrently bad to get the short straw. Whelp, good news, I am the long straw. Lemme explain. My Mommy is a Bassett Hound, short legged and long ear-ed. I got my legs from my Father, and his breed was “who the heckin knows” because I was found in a field with my Mommy and brother and sister. Based on my current weight 23 lbs at 5-6 months, I will probably end up looking like a Texas sized beagle.
I guess brain size is equal to leg length. I pawsernally think I am the smartest out my siblings cause I learned the doggie door befur my sibs did. Since I have my big puppy pants on and the brains to do it, I would let myself back inside the house, while they were still outside like “whaaat, where did that wizard go?”
Favorite Rub Zone:
Not to be too basic, but the tummy, of course and duh. But not just any ole tummy rub, a TWO handed rub. The good Lord gave you two hands for a reason. That’s right TWO hands. And if I can leave my sibs outside by going through the doggie door, all the human hands will be on my tummy only.
Basics for People Who Don’t Like To Read A Bunch of Words:
Merle MD- male, Bassett Hound mix, about 5-6 months, long legged, 23 lbs now will be medium at most, white with brown spots, good with dogs, cats and kids, smart, loving, sweet and smart, working on potty training
